Wreaths across America

The mission of Wreaths Across America is to Remember the Fallen, Honor those who served, and Teach our children the value of freedom and is carried out in part by coordinating wreath laying ceremonies a specified Saturday in December at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as veterans' cemeteries and other locations in all 50 states and beyond.

Wreaths Across America began in 1992 as an initiative to bring wreaths to Arlington National Cemetery. In 2006, in response to thousands of e-mails and letters, Worcester Wreath expanded its wreath donations nationwide. With the help of local communities, ceremonies are now held all across the country. Our goal is to see every single veteran buried at an Arkansas Veterans cemetery honored, but it is going to take a commitment by many Arkansans to make this happen.

Wreaths Across America gives the community a chance to come together to recognize the sacrifice made by so many for our freedoms. Your donations are tax deductible. Know that the money you donate will stay in Arkansas to honor Arkansas fallen heroes and support Arkansas families of the fallen. We hope that you will be able to join with us to make this event successful.

Arkansas Run for the Fallen is proud to participate in Wreaths Across America, a nationwide effort to honor our veterans by placing a wreath on each hero’s headstone every December.

In addition, for each wreath sponsored through this link, Wreaths Across America will make a donation back to Arkansas Run for the Fallen, helping us honor Arkansas Fallen Heroes and support the families of Arkansas fallen service members.

Please mark your calendars now for Wreaths Across America 2026, which will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (Central Time).

Thank you for being a part of this mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach!
